complaint detailing Judge Hannah Dugan\u2019s actions leading up to her arrest and felony charges was unsealed on Friday. (Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.wied.111629\/gov.uscourts.wied.111629.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">full criminal complaint here<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2025\/04\/watch-milwaukee-judge-arrested-fbi-obstructing-ice-scurries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, a Milwaukee County judge was arrested by the FBI for obstructing an ICE arrest last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last week. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FBI Director Kash Patel said Judge Dugan \u201cintentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">US Attorney General Pam Bondi said Judge Dugan screamed at immigration officers last week before helping the illegal alien evade arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe judge learned that ICE was outside \u2026 She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers \u2014 she\u2019s furious, visibly shaking, upset \u2014 sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom \u2026 takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out a private exit and tells them to leave,\u201d Bondi said on Fox News on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WATCH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AGPamBondi?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@AGPamBondi<\/a> describes the shocking interference by a Wisconsin judge in an ICE arrest of an illegal immigrant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe judge learned that ICE was outside \u2026 She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers \u2014 she\u2019s furious, visibly shaking, upset \u2014 sends them off\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qzmA6c4Uar\">pic.twitter.com\/qzmA6c4Uar<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 Rapid Response 47 (@RapidResponse47) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RapidResponse47\/status\/1915816561144721667?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 25, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The criminal complaint details Judge Dugan\u2019s actions to intimidate federal agents and how she helped the illegal alien evade arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the criminal complaint, six Milwaukee ICE ERO Task Force officers arrived at the courthouse to effectuate the arrest \u201cin as low-key and safe of a manner as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe courtroom deputy explained that at approximately 8:15 am, FBI agents advised that they were working with ICE and were planning to arrest Flores-Ruiz. The courtroom deputy asked that the agents wait outside and arrest Flores-Ruiz after the hearing. The agents agreed and left the courtroom,\u201d the complaint read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the arrest team members waited outside the courtroom, a female public defender approached and took photographs of the officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judge Dugan learned of ICE\u2019s presence and confronted the arrest team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJudge DUGAN became visibly angry, commented that the situation was \u201cabsurd,\u201d left the bench, and entered chambers. At the time, Flores-Ruiz was seated in the gallery of the courtroom,\u201d the complaint read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The angry judge demanded to see a judicial warrant and told the arrest team they needed to speak with the Chief Judge.<a href=\"https:\/\/ruamupr.com\/wc\/3601\/13529\/22287\/22388,22287.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ruamupr.com\/wc\/3601\/13529\/22287\/22388,22287.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWitnesses uniformly reported that Judge DUGAN was visibly upset and had a confrontational, angry demeanor. Judge DUGAN addressed Deportation Officer A and asked if Deportation Officer A was present for a court appearance. When Deportation Officer A responded, \u201cno,\u201d Judge DUGAN stated that Deportation Officer A would need to leave the courthouse. Deportation Officer A stated that Deportation Officer A was there to effectuate an arrest. Judge DUGAN asked if Deportation Officer A had a judicial warrant, and Deportation Officer A responded, \u201cNo, I have an administrative warrant,\u201d\u201d The complaint read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The courtroom deputy said Judge Dugan was trying to expedite Flores-Ruiz\u2019s hearing so she could quickly usher him out of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was later revealed that Judge Dugan adjourned Flores-Ruiz\u2019s hearing so she could discreetly escort him through a \u201cjury door\u201d to avoid his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe courtroom deputy then saw Judge DUGAN get up and heard Judge DUGAN say something like \u201cWait, come with me.\u201d Despite having been advised of the administrative warrant for the arrest of Flores-Ruiz, Judge DUGAN then escorted Flores-Ruiz and his counsel out of the courtroom through the \u201cjury door,\u201d which leads to a nonpublic area of the courthouse,\u201d the complaint said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After adjourning the hearing, Judge Dugan also commanded Flores-Ruiz\u2019s attorneys to leave through the back door of the courtroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Trending: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2025\/05\/breaking-settlement-principle-reached-ashli-babbitt-lawsuit-young\/?utm_source=website_link_trending1\">BREAKING: Settlement in Principle Reached in Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit \u2014 The Young Woman Gunned Down in US Capitol on Jan. 6 \u2013 CRAZED BIDEN JUDGE Starts Screaming in Courtroom<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Victim Witness Specialist (VWS) said Judge Dugan \u201cexited through the jury door with Flores-Ruiz and the Hispanic woman.
