The son of Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Netanyahu, discussed Israeli funding of NGOs (nongovernmental organizations) which call to have Ceuta and Melilla taken away from Spain, and NGOs which call to have Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) taken from Israel. His comment was made in 2019 and has garnered renewed interest since the massive invasion of North Africans into Spanish enclaves on Thursday.
Notably, Ceuta and Melilla are Spanish autonomous cities, located on the coast of North Africa, sharing borders with Morocco. Due to them being legally European but geographically African, they pose the risk of being used as a staging ground for the ongoing third world invasion of Europe, although their purpose has been to prevent that very thing.

The comment was in a thread that began by Yair discussing Spain’s North African territory. The Israeli Prime Minister’s son deflected the Arab Islamic interest in the West Bank by pointing out that the Moorish people should instead invade Spain’s North African possessions.

Benjamin Netanyahu has been a staunch critic of Spain after the nation refused to take part in the Iran war.
On April 10 the Prime Minister said:

Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, and Spanish Transport Minister Oscar Puente exchanged tough words over the recent Moorish invasion of Spanish enclaves in North Africa.
The Israeli official wrote Thursday:
Spain, which never misses an opportunity to lecture Israel, has declared a state of emergency in Ceuta following the crisis over its immigration policy.

The Spanish official replied, saying:

Puente was insinuating that the Israeli operation to flood Europe with Muslims was coming into focus.
Spanish political commentator Carolina Alonso also said that the Moorish invasion was the work of Israel and its ally, the United States.
There are already 41 immigrants dead in Ceuta, a true tragedy, due to this Moroccan-Yankee-Israeli operation.

Talkshow host Nick Fuentes gave his take on the matter as well, with journalist Mario Nawfal breaking it down:
“The reason Republicans SUPPORT the invasion of Spanish cities is that they’re doing this on behalf of Israel.
They’re promoting Morocco’s core security interests and punishing Spain at the expense of its own core security interests, because Spain is an adversary of Israel and Morocco is a security ally of Israel.
As part of the deal for Morocco to recognize Israel, the U.S. and Israel recognized Morocco’s claim over Western Sahara, another disputed territory in North Africa.
The U.S. and Israel effectively gave Morocco disputed Spanish territory in 2020.
This was Morocco’s reward for recognizing Israel.”

While Yair Netanyahu was vague as to the NGOs he referenced in his 2019 post, there has been more tension with NGOs between the two nations in recent months.
In January the Spanish government pushed back against an Israeli court ruling which frustrated the work of humanitarian NGOs working in Gaza:
The Spanish Government rejects the decision of the Israeli Government to apply registration regulations to humanitarian non-governmental organizations operating in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, revoking their licences, with the aim of expelling them and impeding their work. Through these measures, which have affected recognized Spanish and international NGOs, Israel is thus limiting the work of NGOs and humanitarian actors to deal with the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza and to meet the most basic needs of the Palestinian population. This decision is in addition to the recent adoption by the Knesset of the law imposing the cut-off of electricity and water supplies to UNRWA facilities in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory, as well as the removal of their immunities and privileges.
The Spanish Government reiterates its deepest concern at the severe impact these decisions will have on the already catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza and the Occupied Palestinian Territory, and urges the Israeli Government to reverse these unacceptable decisions that prevent the work of key humanitarian actors, who save lives and meet the urgent basic needs of the Palestinian civilian population and refugees in Gaza, the West Bank and the entire Middle East region.
On July 21 Al Jazeera published an exclusive detailing the Israeli government’s work to combat NGOs as it related to their plans for geographic expansion. Note that these operations go back to at least 2013.
“An official document obtained by Al Jazeera shows how Israel collected information on charities in 2013, singling out some of the world’s most well-known humanitarian organisations for their perceived positions on the Israel-Palestine conflict,” Al Jazeera said July 21. “The file, a spreadsheet that we accessed via an Israeli ministry website, listed more than 150 charities and basic details, such as the director’s name at the time, the organisation’s address, telephone number, email and area of work.”
The crux of the issue was the longstanding expansion plans of the Jewish State, Al Jazeera reported:
But in a “comments” column, 15 were remarked upon with statements such as “critic of Israel” in the case of France-based Premiere Urgence Internationale, “involved in anti-Israel campaigning” for the Geneva-based Defence for Children International and “highly involved in BDS” – meaning the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions campaign – to describe Mundubat in Spain.
The document suggested Oxfam was “active in global BDS efforts” and encouraged NGOs to join “violations of international law” by supporting projects in the occupied West Bank “even if they have not been approved by the Israeli Civil Administration”.
Oxfam told Al Jazeera the comments “appear to reflect allegations and interpretations, rather than an objective assessment” of its work.
“As a long-established humanitarian organisation operating under rigorous compliance and accountability standards, we reject assertions that are not supported by credible evidence. Oxfam does not support or promote the BDS movement.”
The spokesperson said the charity upholds international law and added that Israeli “settlements violate international humanitarian law”.
According to NGO Monitor, SODePAZ, is an NGO founded in 2013 and funded by donors which include the European Union and Spain (Agency for International Development Cooperation). The group “participates in numerous projects funded by the Spanish government alongside NGOs with ties to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a terrorist organization designated as such by the US, EU, Canada, and Israel. (See table below for further funding information.)”
On April 14 Arab News reported how the Israeli NGO Shourat HaDin asked the International Criminal Court to consider legal action against Spain for allegedly “aiding war crimes” via trade with Iran:
An Israeli advocacy NGO said Tuesday that it had asked the International Criminal Court to consider legal action against Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez for allegedly “aiding war crimes” through exports to Iran.
The complaint comes in the midst of an escalating diplomatic spat between the two nations, which began with the start of the Gaza war in October 2023 and worsened after Madrid recognized a Palestinian state a year later.
Filed by Shourat HaDin, which has taken legal action worldwide against what it calls “Israel’s enemies,” the lawsuit accuses Spain of providing “components required by the regime in Tehran and its proxies for military purposes.”
In a filing submitted under Article 15 of the Rome Statute, it alleges that Spain approved the export of about 1.3 million euros’ worth of so-called dual-use products that could be used in detonators and other explosive-related applications.
“These materials are not innocent industrial products, but critical components that enable explosive devices to function, and they were transferred in circumstances where their use for attacks against civilians was foreseeable and reasonable,” Shourat HaDin said in a statement.
